Five Star Review

With the service provided I have not been fully satisfied

But I’ve been asked for a review-I know they have tried

To cater to me as the customer in the best possible way

Somehow things have not gone well today

Between giving an average versus a five-star review

I am feeling conflicted in what I should do

On one hand, the service was not as good as it should have been

On the other hand, the service providers’ dependence on reviews I have seen

Should I think about them or other customers is the conundrum I face

Before overthinking it further, my cursor on the number 5 I place

*

Reviews rule the world, and often it takes just a few

Dissatisfied customers leaving a bad review

To close the service down, on razor thin margins they run

A bad review for work done with honesty helps no one

*

Unless gross dishonesty in the service provided I detect

I leave stellar reviews, though I still expect

Exceptional service wherever I go

My dissatisfaction through reviews I do not care to show
