In our bodies, we tend to forget

To experience the foundation of life fully

We do not take time to breathe deeply

In our overstimulated adrenaline fueled state

We should pause, let our mind and body equilibrate

Interrupt the constant adrenaline flow

Inhale deeply, hold, exhale in a manner slow..
