So weird. After reading your post, a food blogger I follow posted about ‘protein packed’ dishes to make. One of my doctors was all talk about protein a couple visits ago. I was so aggravated. He is 20 years younger than me. Our needs are different. I don’t do any of those crazy diets and with the way things are going now, who’s to say what is healthy. It is getting nutser as we speak…
