Carve out time from our busy routine

Find these experiences, are happy we learnt

Something new, that we had not previously seen

In a gathering or over a cup of coffee

Superficial are these, not a true expression

Of what constitutes our identity.

To find solace, we need to direct

Our minds inwards, within our souls

Experience the quietitude and accept
